Een kolonel van de Special Forces die pas terug is uit het Midden-Oosten neemt ontslag uit het leger. Hij beseft al snel dat zijn geboortestad uiteen is gevallen en veranderd is in een gewelddadige wereld die gerund wordt door moordenaars en de drugsmaffia. Na enig beraad besluit hij toe te treden tot de duistere wereld en te doen waar hij het beste in is. Bijna niemand kan hem stoppen, maar een oud-collega wil het toch proberen.
