Drie kleine kinderen gebruiken een oud landhuis als hun speelterrein. Op een dag horen ze tot hun afschuw dat het huis gauw zal worden gesloopt. Later die avond ontdekken ze twee 300 jaar oude geesten die te hulp schieten. Samen met de spoken proberen de kinderen de sloop van het huis te voorkomen.
