Lucien Marguet is een agent bij de Franse narcotigabrigade, die het niet zo nauw met de regels neemt. Na een van zijn superieuren uitgescholden te hebben, wordt hij overgeplaatst naar een ander team, waar hij regelmatig onenigheid heeft met zijn collega's. Ondertussen maakt hij zich zorgen over de aan drugs verslaafde prostituee Cecile, met wie hij bevriend was, als zij plotseling spoorloos verdwijnt.
