Marlo is moeder van drie, waaronder een baby. Van haar broer krijgt ze een cadeau in de vorm van een kindermeisje genaamd Tully. Aanvankelijk is het voor Marlo wennen aan Tully's extravagante persoonlijkheid, maar na verloop van tijd merkt ze ook hoe attent en merkwaardig zij kan zijn.
Nee, helaas is Tully nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
