Een team van voormalige black-ops agenten zijn nu misdaadbestrijders die onder leiding staan van een anti-held genaamd "The Vigilante". De reddings- en wraakmissies brengen hen van de grote villa's en de onderwereld in Los Angeles naar verre oorden als Irak, Armenië, Rusland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
