Op een dag, terwijl hij in het bos rondrijdt, stort een enorme boom neer op Fergie. Hij raakt ernstig beschadigd. Zijn magische bougie, zijn hart, klopt zwakker en zwakker. In een wanhopige poging om het leven van zijn vriend te redden, transplanteert Gavin snel Fergie’s bougie in de oude sportwagen van Georges. In eerste instantie is Fergie allesbehalve tevreden als sportwagen, maar langzamerhand geniet hij van zijn nieuwe uiterlijk.
