Een depressieve vrouw wordt het slachtoffer van een woninginbraak. Daardoor vindt ze gezamenlijk met haar onaangename buurman een nieuw doel in haar leven en wel het opsporen van de dieven. Ze komen helaas al snel in gevaarlijke situaties terecht tegenover de groep ontaarde misdadigers.
