De inwoners van een rustig bergdorpje komen in opstand als blijkt dat er plannen zijn om het dorp te veranderen in een toeristisch skigebied. De twee strijdende advocaten die zich op deze zaak storten komen tot de ontdekking dat ze oude bekenden van elkaar zijn.
