Bird Fitcher is een eenzame middelbare scholiere. Op een dag vindt ze een Polaroid camera. Al snel komt ze erachter dat de camera een verschrikkelijk geheim bevat: een ieder die ermee op de foto wordt gezet komt tot een tragisch en gewelddadig einde.
