Dit is het verhaal van de Venezolaanse revolutionair Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, die een wereldwijde terroristische organisatie oprichtte en in 1975 het OPEC hoofdkwartier binnenviel, vooraleer hij in 1994 door de Franse politie werd gearresteerd. Twintig jaar lang was hij bekend onder een andere naam, de terrorist Carlos the Jackal.
Nee, helaas is Carlos nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
