Daphne is 31 en woont in London. Drukke dagen, hectische nachten, vrienden, mensen, minnaars, het zijn allemaal welkome afleidingen naast het sluimerende gevoel dat haar leven een of andere manier vastloopt. Te jong om rustig af te bouwen, te oud om doelloos wat aan te rommelen. Op een nacht gebeurt er iets waardoor ze langzaam maar zeker gedwongen wordt om haar existentiële crisis af te schudden en in de spiegel te kijken.
