De CIA werft een professionele dief om in te breken in de kluis van een geheime gevangenis om gevoelige informatie te verzamelen die daar ligt opgeslagen. In de kluis ligt ook miljoenen aan in beslag genomen geld van de lokale kartelbaas. Wanneer de kartelbaas lucht krijgt van de operatie, stuurt hij een groep professionele huurmoordenaars op de gevangenis af om het geld terug te stelen, voordat het Mexicaanse leger arriveert.
