Diana begint haar zoektocht naar het perfecte appartement. Wanneer ze haar oog heeft laten vallen op zo'n flat, komt ze erachter dat de buurman beneden haar kamer haar ex is. Destijds had zij de relatie verbroken toen ze de stad verliet. Als een ware New Yorker besluit ze het appartement te behouden.
