Ito, een afperser, keert terug naar zijn lokale misdaadfamilie in Jakarta na een gevaarlijke opdracht in het buitenland. Hij werkte daar enige tijd voor beruchte Zuid-Aziatische bendes. Hij raakt nu verwikkeld in een wereld van verraad en chaos als de Triade een bloedige campagne van territoriale expansie begint.
