Moxy leeft een gelukkig bestaan in het dorpje Uglyville. Avontuurlijk ingesteld wil ze met haar vrienden Ox, Wage, Babo, Lucky Bat en Ugly Dog de wereld verkennen. Ze komen terecht op een plek genaamd Perfection waar perfecte poppen wonen onder het leiderschap van Lou.
