De elegante productie van Richard Eyre, die zich afspeelt in het bezette Frankrijk van de jaren veertig, was een van de hoogtepunten van het seizoen 2015-2016 van de Met. Massimo Cavalletti als Manons broer en Brindley Sherratt als co-ster van haar ouder wordende bewonderaar, en chef-dirigent Fabio Luisi staat op het podium.
