Eloise is een klein meisje dat altijd probeert op te vallen, zowel positief als negatief. De laatste tijd heeft ze echter haar zinnen gezet op het debutantenbal, maar kent niemand die haar wil meenemen. Toch wil ze gaan, want ze heeft van iemand gehoord dat er een jonge prins op het bal zal zijn.
