Ryu wil een van zijn nieren te doneren aan zijn zieke zus. Maar deze blijkt niet geschikt te zijn voor haar. Bovendien wordt hij ontslagen door de fabriek waar hij werkt, vanwege verzuim om voor zijn zus te zorgen. Hij komt in contact met een orgaanhandelaar in de zwarte markt die zijn nier steelt.
