Deze film volgt de verwikkelingen van een politiekorps in Los Angeles. Een van de agenten wordt op een gegeven moment naakt vastgebonden aan een boom in MacArthur Park. In deze toestand wordt hij aangetroffen door een homoseksuele man die zijn hond aan het uitlaten is. Dit incident vormt de aanleiding voor het korps om de stad te ontdoen van alle viespeuken.
