De gemuteerde baby's zijn op bevel van de rechtbank op een onbewoond eiland geplaatst. Geschokt door het cynisme en de uitbuiting van de kinderen door het rechtssysteem en de media, leidt de man die verantwoordelijk is voor hen een expeditie naar het eiland om hen te bevrijden.
