David Sloan wordt door Tong Po beschuldigd van een moord die hij niet heeft gepleegd en moet de gevangenis in. Terwijl hij in de gevangenis zit, hoort hij dat Tong Po zijn vrouw heeft gekidnapt en gevangenhoudt in zijn villa in Mexico. Sloan sluit een deal met de politie zodat hij zijn vrouw kan bevrijden en wraak kan nemen op Tong Po.
