Het is een biografische speelfilm over India's Highest Wartime Gallantry Award - Param Vir Chakra-winnaar Subedar Joginder Singh. Hij vocht drie oorlogen (volgens de gegevens) voor India voordat hij het martelaarschap bereikte in de Chinees-Indische Oorlog van 1962, terwijl hij het bevel voerde over een peloton in de North Eastern Frontier Agency (NEFA) (nu Arunachal Pradesh). Het verhaal portretteert zijn karakter en motivatie op het strijdtoneel.
