Peter Cotton wordt gebeten door een gemuteerd konijn. Hij wordt ziek en verandert in een bloeddorstig wezen dat half mens, half konijn is. Peter keert terug naar zijn geboorteplaats Easter Falls en begint een slachtpartij. Hij neemt wraak op de mensen die hem vroeger iets aangedaan hebben.
