Mike is een controversiële YouTuber die graag video's wekelijks online plaatst. Deze video's gaan voornamelijk over paranormale gebeurtenissen. Een donateur belooft Mike een hoop geld als hij voor Halloween 50.000 abonnees kan krijgen. Mike besluit hiervoor zichzelf en een aantal vrienden te filmen, terwijl hij in Hotel Lennox verblijft, waar het blijkt te spoken. Al snel bevinden de vrienden zich in een gevaarlijke situatie.
