In het Las Vegas van begin jaren 70 wordt Sam Rothstein, die vanwege zijn succesvolle gokmethoden de bijnaam Ace kreeg, door zijn bazen aangesteld om het Tangiers Casino te leiden. Zijn jeugdvriend Nicky Santoro volgt niet veel later, maar anders dan Ace laat Nicky zich in met misdadige organisaties.
Nee, helaas is Casino nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
