'Fatale' volgt het verhaal van een getrouwde man die een wilde onenightstand beleeft met een mysterieuze vrouw. Vervolgens belandt hij in een nachtmerrie door het manipulatieve gedrag van de vrouw. De vraag is hoe ver hij bereid is te gaan om zijn huwelijk te redden van de misstap die hij begaan heeft.
