Natalie is een hopeloze drugsverslaafde die niet kan stoppen met liegen over haar zelfdestructieve gewoonte tegen haar wanhopige familie. Wanneer de oudere Eleanor haar leven binnenstormt en beweert dat Natalie haar iets schuldig is en dat ze "hier is om te innen", is ze verbijsterd totdat ze zich herinnert dat ze voor Eleanor werkte op een lavendelboerderij. Ze stal dus geld van de oudere vrouw, en liet haar zelfs een schuldbekentenis na. Maar Natalie is geschokt als Eleanor onthult dat ze niet terugbetaald wil worden. In plaats daarvan wil Eleanor dat Natalie haar helpt te sterven.
