OCP is nog steeds bezig met het maken van hun project Delta City, om de stad van Detroit te vervangen. De bewoners wilen het gebied echter niet verlaten. OCP besluit ze te dwingen om weg te gaan door een huurmoordenaar, Robocop, in te huren. Een ondergrondse revolutie begint en in dit gevecht moet Robocop beslissen waar zijn loyaliteit ligt.
Nee, helaas is RoboCop 3 nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
