'The Sunlit Night' volgt een Amerikaanse schilderes die haar pad kruist met een emigrant bij de poolcirkel aan de Noorse kust. Zij is op de plek belandt wegens carrièremogelijkheden, hij om zijn vader te begraven in het land van de Vikingen. Daar, waar de zon nooit onder gaat, begraven ze het verleden en zien ze de toekomst tegemoet.
Nee, helaas is The Sunlit Night nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
