Maya heeft het geluk niet aan haar kant, maar poogt desalniettemin samen met haar beste vriendin Dini te overleven in de stad. Wanneer ze ontdekt dat ze weleens een erfenis kan verwachten van haar rijke familie, keert ze naar het ouderlijke huis terug. De vriendinnen zijn zich echter niet bewust van het gevaar dat hen in het dorp te wachten staat.
