In Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One beginnen Ethan Hunt en zijn IMF-team aan hun gevaarlijkste missie tot nu toe: het opsporen van een angstaanjagend nieuw wapen dat de hele mensheid bedreigt, voordat het in verkeerde handen valt.
