De 20-jarige Vietnamese Song is naar Europa gekomen in de hoop op een betere toekomst. Song raakt echter verstrikt in de wereld van marihuana. Wanneer een gepensioneerde man Song ontdekt op de rand van het dak van zijn appartement, besluit hij hem in huis te nemen. De twee verschillende individuen vinden het moeilijk om met elkaar om te gaan, maar merken dat ze elkaar nodig hebben.
