Bossman is de baas van een metaalfabriek en heeft een moeilijk karakter. Zijn bedrijf kampt met veel problemen. Nadat hij vele werknemers heeft afgedankt, gaat hij met drie lijdzame arbeiders op zoek naar goedkope arbeidskrachten in Vietnam. Hij stuit echter alleen maar op nog meer problemen.
