Jake Alexander is een CIA-agent. Hij is vastbesloten wraak te nemen op de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de dood van zijn collega en vriend. Hij was een belangrijk lid van het team van Alexander, maar werd omgebracht tijdens een missie in Zuidoost-Azië. Alexander krijgt van de CIA echter geen toestemming om op zoek te gaan naar de moordenaar en stapt samen met zijn team uit de organisatie.
