Deze documentaire richt zich op het verleden en de toekomst van de travestietencultuur door de opleving van Wigstock, het iconische jaarlijkse travestietenfestival in New York, met de beroemde travestiet Lady Bunny en commentaar door Neil Patrick Harris. De documentaire bekijkt de comeback van Wigstock 13 jaar na het laatste festival in 2005 en bevat archiefbeelden, homevideo’s en een omvangrijke cast van karakters.
