De film richt zich op een groep verbonden door het stel Adam en Marklin, die al 5 jaar samen zijn. Adams zus, Elizabeth, is al bijna 15 jaar samen met haar man, maar hoe zit het met de rest van de groep? Nou, ze worstelen met single zijn. Haley heeft bijna een affaire met haar amper 18-jarige studente. Cammy’s laatste vriendje is een man van midden dertig die dakloos is, genaamd Henry. Samen proberen ze om te gaan met de relaties die ze hebben, en je ertoe te brengen je af te vragen of iedereen een gelukkig einde kan bereiken.
