Rikka is een ninja-afstammeling. Haar grootvader Hyoe is de laatste leider van hun ninja clan en haar vader is een cyborg onderzoeker. Beiden worden gedood wanneer een wapenbedrijf zijn laboratorium binnenvalt om zijn onderzoek te gebruiken. Rikka wil hun dood wreken.
