Een paar dagen na Kerstmis nemen de halfzussen Ida en Tuva een winterse duik. Tegen het einde van de duik komt Tuva door een rotsverschuiving onder water vast te zitten. Terwijl Ida boven water komt, ontdekt ze dat de rotsverschuiving hun apparatuur, telefoons en autosleutels heeft begraven. Ze zijn volledig afgesloten van de rest van de wereld en er is geen uitzicht op redding.
