De zeventienjarige Henry is nog nooit verliefd geweest en hoopt ooit de liefde van zijn leven tegen te komen. Dan ontmoet hij de studente Grace, met wie hij aan de schoolkrant werkt. Meteen wordt hij in beslag genomen door de vrouw met de mysterieuze persoonlijkheid die bovendien mank loopt en flodderige kledij draagt. Grace sleept dan ook een groot geheim met zich mee.
