Er zijn twee jaar gepasseerd na de catastrofale gebeurtenissen uit het eerste deel. Yumemi en Munto hebben de werelden kunnen redden door samen de Akuto-energie te ontladen. De koningen van het magische koninkrijk hebben hun macht weer verworven, maar in plaats van wijselijk met hun posities om te gaan, zorgen misplaatste ambities voor oorlogen tussen de rijken. Door de oorlogsvoering staat de orde van het magische koninkrijk op losse schroeven, maar dit keer reikt de desastreuze invloed voorbij ruimte en tijd, waardoor zelfs de aarde in gevaar komt. Het is aan Yumemi om de muur van tijd en ruimte te overbruggen om Munto te bereiken en de werelden weer te redden.
