De Amerikaanse regering is bereid om elk land te helpen met hun drugsprobleem door de hulp van hun leger in te schakelen. De grote drugsbaronnen hebben al snel door dat ze voor wat geld de uitstekende luchtgevechtspiloten kunnen inhuren die voor hun drugs vervoeren. Het leger besluit om zijn beste mannen erop uit te sturen om het drugsbeleid aan te pakken.
