De groep ontmoet drie kattengeestelijken die Lister als hun God aanbidden. Lister zweert hen te helpen terwijl ze worden opgejaagd door Rodon, de meedogenloze leider van wilde katten die heeft gezworen alle katten uit te roeien die iemand anders dan hem aanbidden.
