Een documentaire over Hatari, het IJslandse performance-art-collectief dat in het nieuws kwam tijdens het Eurovisie Songfestival in 2019 in Israël. Na een uit de hand gelopen stunt worden zij verkozen als vertegenwoordigers van de noordelijke eilandstaat met hun provocerende mix van bondage-pop, techno-punk en industrial-goth.
