Ángel werkt op een ambulance. Na een gruwelijk ongeval belandt hij in een rolstoel. Na dit incident begint zijn leven met Vane uit elkaar te vallen. Ángel is ervan overtuigd dat Vane ontrouw is. Hij besluit daarom wraak te nemen op Vane en een aantal anderen die hem hebben verraden.
