Jack Sadelstein is een succesvolle reclameman die in Los Angeles woont met zijn mooie vrouw en kinderen. Echter, er is één moment in het jaar dat hij absoluut verafschuwt: het bezoek tijdens Thanksgiving van zijn identieke tweelingzuster Jill.
