Na dat zijn vrouw overleden is aan kanker, verliest Dave Bryant zijn geloof in God. In een poging om hem op weg te helpen, overtuigen Dave's oude kerkvrienden hem ervan deel te nemen aan de jachtshow die ze altijd al samen hebben willen maken. De groep gaat naar een afgelegen hut en begint hun ervaringen te documenteren.
