De Amerikaanse zakenman Matt Turner woont samen met zijn vrouw en kinderen in Berlijn. Wanneer Matt op een dag zijn kinderen naar school brengt, wordt hij gebeld door een onbekend nummer en krijgt hij een mysterieuze stem aan de lijn. Als hij niet doet wat hem wordt opgedragen, zal de bom die onder de stoel in zijn auto verstopt zit afgaan... In een race tegen de klok probeert Matt het mysterie op te lossen en zijn gezin te redden.
