Een jonge krijgskunstenaar is ongeëvenaard wat betreft zijn Tai Chi-vaardigheden. Doordat hij zo ontzettend goed is, belandt hij in een lucratieve, ondergrondse vechtarena. In een futuristische ruimte wordt hij blootgesteld aan de trucs van de meest gevaarlijke vechtmachines. Hier gelden geen regels en zijn geen scheidsrechters aanwezig.
Nee, helaas is Man of Tai Chi nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
