Julian, een Amerikaan die in Bangkok woont, is een gerespecteerde figuur in de onderwereld. Samen met zijn broer Billy baat hij een Thai boxing club uit die in feite een dekmantel is voor drugssmokkel naar Amerika. Wanneer Billy vermoord wordt, komt hun moeder Crystal uit Amerika over om het lichaam te repatriëren. Crystal zelf is het hoofd van een machtige criminele organisatie en is gewend te krijgen wat ze wil. In dit geval: de dood van haar zoon wreken.
