Het is tien jaar geleden sinds soldaat Arjun Shergill de terrorist Rehman Gul heeft opgepakt. Hij heeft een relatie met stewardess Ayesha en is dolgelukkig. Als de zoon van Rehman Gul, Hamid Gul, een terroristische aanslag op een luchthaven uitvoert, komt Ayesha om het leven en raakt Arjun zwaargewond. Omdat Arjun verlamd is en in een rolstoel zit, komt het hoofd van de Indiase inlichtingendienst met het idee om van hem een supersoldaat te maken middels geavanceerde technologie. Na zijn herstel krijgt Arjun de taak om achter Hamid Gul aan te gaan en zijn regering te redden.
